This year’s event will feature the host of Dinner Impossible, Chef Robert Irvine, from the Food Network. Guests of the event will be treated to a FREE vendor fair from 10am-1pm that will include participation from organizations like The Miami Heat, Florida Blue, Whole Foods, 5hr Energy Drink, and the Sports Authority amongst many more. The Expo vendor fair also includes health screenings, diet/nutrition sessions, giveaways, free massages and FOOD!
Following the vendor fair’s conclusion at 1pm, Chef Robert Irvine will deliver the keynote speech as well as perform a live cooking demonstration for pre-registered guests of the event for a nominal $20 fee. Guests will be treated to a lunch inspired by Chef Irvine prepared by FIU’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. This year’s expo is being combined with the National Food Day initiative and is sure to be a can’t miss event for foodies, sports enthusiasts, and all those interested in health and wellness.
