1500˚ At Eden Roc

Recently named one of “The Best New Restaurants in America” by Esquire, 1500° at Eden Roc is South Florida’s premier dining destination for fresh farm-to-table cuisine. On New Year’s Eve, the restaurant will serve a four-course, pre-fixe dinner during its first seating, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., priced at $80 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. For the first-course, diners can enjoy Kumomoto oysters with cucumber mignonette; Deviled local farm egg with sturgeon caviar; or organic carrot panna cotta with pickled vegetables and herb foam. Second-course offerings include carpaccio of ahi tuna with avocado mousse, hearts of palm and citrus vinaigrette; house smoked duck breast with Swank Farms frisee, dates and curry vinaigrette; or creamy cauliflower bisque with shaved black winter truffles. Entrées: Mishima Ranch wagyu striploin with horseradish potato puree, wild mushrooms and salsa verde or Key West wreck fish wrapped with speck, local eggplant, spinach and white water clam sofrito. For dessert, choose between peppermint and white chocolate pots de crème; molten orange cake with espresso ice cream; or artisan cheese selection with homemade chutney’s.

1500˚ will also serve a five-course, pre-fixe dinner during its second seating, from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., priced at $125 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. A complimentary glass of champagne and party-favors will also be given to guests before midnight. The first two courses reflect those listed above. For the third-course, dining selections include Mediterranean sea bass with roasted fennel ravioli, local arugula, olives and extra virgin olive oil or Key West wreck fish wrapped with speck, local eggplant, spinach and white water clam sofrito. Entrée selections include Mishima Ranch wagyu striploin with horseradish potato puree, wild mushrooms and salsa verde or pork tenderloin sous vide with salsify, black eyed peas, cavalo nero and roasted apple jame. Dessert options include the same dishes being offered during the first seating. 1500° is located at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach, 4525 Collins Avenue on Miami Beach.
