Whole Foods Market Coral Gables is kicking off the holiday season with their Taste of the Holidays event on Friday, December 9, 2011, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Cafe. For only $5 per guest, attendees will be invited to sample a wide array of items from the store’s holiday menu. Featured samplings will include such items as Cranberry Walnut Stuffed Brie; Sliced Lavender & Herbs de Provence Turkey Breast; Stone Crabs; Standing Rib Roast; Shrimp Cocktail; Egg Nog; Hot Apple Cider; Holiday Fruit Cake; Wine Sampling and more.
In the true spirit of the season, 100 percent of the $5 per guest proceeds will benefit Kristi House, a local organization dedicated to working with children affected by sexual abuse and their families. Pre-registration is not required.
