Phuc Yea, Miami’s mainstay for modern Vietnamese fusion fare, will be offering the SAY GAY, a beautifully boozy beverage made with Montelobos mezcal, passionfruit, red bell peppers, Thai bird chilies, fresh lime juice, and dulce de leche. Phuc Yea will be donating a portion of all SAY GAY proceeds to Pridelines, a Miami-based organization that works to support, educate and empower South Florida’s LGBTQ+ youth and community in safe and diverse spaces to promote positive dialogue, wellness, and foster social change.
