Where to Celebrate Easter in South Florida; Ariete

Miami’s very own Chef Michael Beltran is inviting foodies and imbibers to celebrate Easter Sunday at his popular Coconut Grove eatery Ariete. On Easter, diners can indulge in a festive three-course prix fixe Brunch priced at $59 per person (not including tax + gratuity). For the first course, guests can choose from a variety of smaller dishes like the Truffle Brunch Potatoes – Waxman potatoes, truffle malanga soubise and a poached egg or Ceviche – wahoo, green tomato leche di tigre and cucumber. Second course dishes include Duck & Waffles – crispy duck confit, guava maple and goat crema along with the Frita Benedict – Sam’s biscuit, chorizo, hollandaise, papitas. Guests can end on a sweet note with Third Course offerings such as Greek Frozen Yogurt with triple berry jam and cornflake granola or Bruleed Pain Perdu served with seasonal jam, pastry cream and hazelnut. As no brunch is complete without boozy concoctions, guests can sip on seasonal brunch cocktails and wine from Ariete’s impressive wine selection. Ariete is located at 3540 Main Highway in Coconut Grove. Brunch is served Sunday, 11AM to 3PM. Reservations are required and can be made online at https://arietecoconutgrove.com/reservations/ or by calling the restaurant at (305) 640-5862.
