Starting April 4th, Villa Azur, Miami Beach’s 5-year-old destination for Mediterranean fare in a setting reminiscent of French and Italian Riviera’s will launch their monthly ingredient focused tasting menus.
To kick off the special for the month of April, the special ingredient on deck is the White Asparagus. The 4-course menu available with wine pairings conceptualized by Executive Chef Erwin Mallet will feature a starter of Warm Jumbo White Asparagus, terragon hollaindaise espuma dressing; White Asparagus Tart with morel mushroom chantilly, crispy parmesan; Veal Tenderloin Medallion with Sautéed Jumbo White Asparagus, fava bean dressing, veal demi-glace; and a dessert of Caramelia Chocolate Panna Cotta.
