VILLA AZUR CRAFTS SEASONALLY INSPIRED FALL DISHES
Villa Azur has spiced up their menu with three new dishes crafted by Chef Erwin Mallet and Pastry Chef Sébastien Feneyrol. Each of the new menu items is infused with the flavors of fall and features seasonal ingredients. Guests can now indulge in an appetizer of Crispy Foie Gras Tart with chanterelle mushroom, and red wine and shallot confit ($26); try the seasonally-inspired Pan Seared Scallops crowned with crusted smoked salmon and butternut squash flan ($40); and round out their meal with the beautifully festive Meringue Medusa with raspberries, pistachio and crumble ($14).
