Miami’s French-Mediterranean Eatery Announces First Mouthwatering Spice Menu in Bi-Monthly Series
To kickoff Miami Spice, Villa Azur has introduced its first of four delicious Miami Spice menus, consisting of three-course meals prepared by Chef Erwin Mallet and Pastry Chef Sébastien Feneyrol for $39. Beginning August 1, guests can kick-start their Miami Spice experience with an appetizer of choice: Burratina and Fresh Heirloom Tomatoes with organic olive oil or Truffle Asparagus Tart and Confit Tomatoes. Diners can then choose from Suprême de Volaille with mushroom cannelloni and rosemary juice or a Pan Seared Red Snapper with mango dressing, mint quinoa and popcorn shoots as their main course. A delectable Chocolat Bahibe Panna Cotta and Exotique Confit will be offered as dessert to complete the meal.
