Unbranded Brewing is bringing its first-ever Craft Beer Fair — Maverick Town to Hialeah this Saturday, December 11th. The anticipated event stands not as a celebration of the brewery’s upcoming two-year anniversary, but of the inspiration of its origins. Unbranded Brewing was the first of its type to open in Hialeah. Supporting the artistic expression and diversity of the region has been a focus of the organizers since the beginning. During the inaugural Maverick Town, guests will find more than 35 breweries from all over Florida and the U.S. Each of the breweries will showcase two different styles of beers of their choice.
Attendees will also enjoy an extensive lineup of food vendors who will be serving onsite including Ted’s Burgers, Panolo’s, La Traila BBQ, Haochi, The Lazy Oyster, Luchadough, and more. The event will also play host to a friendly barbecue competition between Unbranded’s in-house barbecue and South Florida eateries Farmhouse BBQ and La Traila BBQ, which will vie for “best” smoked eats and unique barbecue riffs.
During the entirety of the festival, guests can be entertained with live music including bands and DJs in partnership with the good people from Backroom Sessions. There will also be a mechanical bull and some classic carnival games to complete the fair vibe, included with the cost of the tickets. After the festival ends (5:00 PM) there will be an afterparty in the taproom until closing time at 2 AM with a DJ as well.
General admission tickets to Maverick Town are available at Eventbrite. Priced at $65 per person, admission includes unlimited craft beer pours from 1 pm to 5 pm, access to carnival games, and a five-ounce festival glass. VIP packages cost $115 and are available exclusively on the OZNR app. The more flexible “Pay-As-You-Go” tickets are $35 and include festival access from 1-5 PM as well as access to live music, carnival games, and food vendors. Pay-As-You-Go ticket holders can purchase $3 tokens to exchange for 5oz craft beer pours.
