Noted as the chicest after-hourS sushi spots located at Delano South Beach, UMI Sushi & Sake Bar has designed a Miami Spice menu for those interested in a late-night dining affair to remember. UMI’s menu includes a bento box ($39) comprised of fresh seaweed salad, Maldon sea-salted edamame, a rock shrimp handroll and vegetable roll with choice of Nigiri (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, halibut or Japanese Snapper) and soft shell crab with chili rice and pickled vegetable. Desert includes a Summer Semifreddo complete with strawberry, mixed berry and rhubarb compote, meringue crunch, and summer fruit consomme.
