Traymore by Michael Schwartz has unveiled a new menu that features a fresh mix of brasserie staples using locally sourced produce. The restaurant brings a familial yet refreshing take on classic dishes with fresh seafood, rich flavors, and a savory variety of fares.
Pulling the global inspired favorites, the menu has been reimagined with Chef Michael Schwartz and Traymore’s Executive Chef Jorge Negron and dazzles with an array of delectable plates. New highlights include the Agnoletti Pasta with ricotta, tomato, fresh herbs and pecorino, the Florida Crab Curry – tomatoes, curry, coconut, naan, mustard seeds, Spicy Morroccan Lamb Meatballs – harissa tomato sauce, yogurt, toasted garlic, plus the best burger on the beach – Grass Fed Double Cheeseburger – umami onions, American cheese, potato roll and the Braised Short Rib – cheesy polenta, green onion and pickled mustard. See below link below for full menus.
The scenery however hasn’t changed – with Traymore’s dazzling main historic Art Deco dining room – and outdoor seating on the restaurant’s beautifully appointed veranda, overlooking bicyclers and neighborhood locals taking a leisurely stroll down the Miami Drive boardwalk. With Traymore’s eclectic offering and entrees in the $15 – $25 price range, Traymore by Michael Schwartz is sure to become the ideal spot on the beach for dinner – once, twice, or even three times a week!
