Touché Restaurant Participates in Miami Spice With Four-Course Dinner
WHAT
Downtown Miami’s best rooftop Italian restaurant is featuring a four-course dinner for Miami Spice, which runs from August 1 through September 30. Guests are offered a choice of one appetizer, pasta, entrée, and dessert for $39.99 per person. Savory dish options include Polpette Tradizionale; traditional beef, veal and pork meatballs served in fresh tomatoes & basil sauce, Linguini Alle Vongole Veraci, linguini in manila clams, extra virgin olive oil and white wine sauce; and Pollo Scarpariello, oven roasted half chicken, topped with sauteed red and yellow bell peppers, hot & sweet Italian sausage and hot cherry peppers. To sweeten the night, desserts such as Ricotta Cheesecake, classic Italian ricotta cheesecake with mix berries compote and Apple Tart, classic apple pie with French vanilla gelato and caramel sauce will be available.
