In order to experience true Cuban culture in this neighborhood, we recommend these stops as the top Little Havana Attractions.

MDC’s Tower Theater is one of Miami’s oldest cultural landmarks. Opening its in December of 1926, it allows patrons to enjoy culturally specific exhibitions and performances and films. In 2011, USA Today declared MDC’s Tower Theater “one of the 10 great places to see a movie in splendor.”

Hoy Como Ayer

Imagine what you think a salsa club in Cuba’s Little Havana would look like and I’m 99% sure that what you will picture is exactly what this club is. The afro-cuban music is lively and the people that frequent this spot are not pretentious. Instead, everyone here comes to dance the night away and just relax while they listen to some of the best live acts the neighborhood has to offer.

Little Havana Cigar Factory

The widest and most extensive selection of premium cigars under one roof that you can find in Miami. You can come here and spend a couple of hours sitting on a leather sofa, smoking a good cigar, and sipping on wine. The service is great and they will guide you through your smoking experience, creating a memory that is hard to reproduce outside of Little Havana.

Cuba Ocho Art and Research Center

A combination of art, live music, and architecture providing Miami with knowledge on Cuban heritage through the all-encompassing arts. They offer drinks and food in an effort to provide atmosphere and liveliness. Although this is a welcomed addition, it does not detract from the primary purpose of the institution to teach those visiting about Cuban culture.
