In close proximity to the University of Miami, you can find a popular local hangout known Titanic Brewing Company. Although most people have been going to Titanic for the pub-like atmosphere and delectable food since 1995, it goes under the radar when it comes to the craft beer scene. In fact, many locals would be surprised to realize that Titanic Brewing is in fact the oldest brewpub in the city. Its industrial appearance similar to that of the steam engine room make for a fine place to drink. Although you wouldn’t go wrong in ordering a pint of award-winning Triple Screw Light Ale, we recommend the Porthole Sampler, a sampling platter with six 5 oz. glasses of the company’s most popular brews. Their extensive menu also gives you the opportunity to sample some great pub food.

Where to try it: Titanic Brewing Company. 5813 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Coral Gables, FL 33146. (305) 667-2537
