On New Year’s Eve, apart from serving their usual a-la-carte menu for dinner, The Dutch will also offer some menu specials. Chef Andrew Carmellini will have special caviar on-hand and shavings of white truffle foam from Alba will make its way around the dining room. A mini metropolis of shellfish towers will be displayed in the dining room. At the stroke of midnight, guests will be treated to a champagne toast to ring-in the New Year. A fine and unique selection of champagnes will be available. The Dutch is located inside W South Beach Hotel & Residences, 2201 Collins Avenue, in Miami Beach.
