db Bistro Moderne’s Executive Chef Matthieu Godard is pleased to be serving a delectable array of Thanksgiving specials this year. Holiday menu highlights include Thanksgiving Turkey; roasted breast, braised leg and gravy, cabbage wrapped stuffing, bacon, butternut squash, roasted chestnut, and Pumpkin Agnolotti; crispy pancetta, black trumpet mushroom, baby spinach, sage brown butter, and amaretto crumbs. Savor the sweetness of Chef Jerome Maure Caramelized Apple Pie; milk calvados sorbet and cranberry coulis. Prix-Fixe menu is $60 per person and $35 for the children’s menu.
