The poolside Italian chophouse will offer a special Mother’s Day Sunday Brunch and is treating all mothers to a complimentary glass of Rose Wine. This buffet-style brunch includes live food stations including a create-your-own omelet station, live raw bar with East and West Coast Oysters, Corvina Ceviche, and Tuna Tar-Tar, a charcuterie & cheese station with a selection of fine Salami, Prosciutto, Parmesan, Asiago and more, a salad bar including Crab Panzanella and Caprese, assorted pizzas, small plate delicacies, including Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, Pan Seared Bronzino, Pollo Mattone and Assorted Grilled Vegetables, and a decadent dessert station offering Chocolate Cake, Cheese Cake and assorted mini pastries.
