StripSteak, Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s newest signature restaurant from star chef Michael Mina opened earlier this year to raves. Now, the gorgeous dining destination has added a lavish Sunday brunch that hits all the right notes with an innovative menu and creative cocktails, along with a plethora of add-ons that make it one of the most luxurious values in Miami. In addition to a fabulous two course plated menu, brunch guests also receive complimentary valet parking, a delicious signature cocktail, unlimited shellfish, and desserts including a weekly live-action station for $68 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, every Sunday. Free flowing libations are the perfect complement to a decadent brunch, and StripSteak offers bottomless Fizzy Bellboys, Mimosas and Bellinis for an additional $25 per person.
Guests should come hungry and prepare to be spoiled, as they’ll be treated like royalty from the moment they arrive at the casually chic StripSteak. Brunch-goers will be greeted with the restaurant’s signature cocktail, the Fizzy Bellboy, a light and delicious take on a traditional Bellini, before making their way to a copious spread of unlimited seasonal shellfish, and a bounty of sweet and savory indulgences – from charcuterie and cheeses to a Greek yogurt parfait bar, freshly baked breads, breakfast pastries, and much more – displayed on the restaurant’s central bar. One of the most beautiful rooms in Miami, the restaurant’s expansive floor-to-ceiling windows overlook gently swaying palm trees and the hotel’s iconic pool-scape.
The feast will continue with traditional – as well as many non-traditional – brunch items. Guests select first and second courses, choosing from appetizers such as Braised Bacon with tempura oyster, jicama salad and sweet soy glaze; Scottish Smoked Salmon, served atop a tasty fennel and apple slaw, with potato roesti and caviar cream; and Duck & Ricotta Cavatelli with black trumpet mushrooms, parmesan and butternut squash. Entrée choices include brunchy plates galore – two Eggs Benedict lover’s dream dishes – Butter Poached Maine Lobster atop toasted sourdough with avocado and hollandaise an a Short Rib Benedict, with heirloom tomato and shisito peppers, as well as Brioche French Toast with salted caramel, maple reduction and toasted oat whipped cream . There are also options like a Wood Grilled 12 oz. Skirt Steak with a smoky jalapeno chimichurri and StripSteak Fried Chicken with watermelon kimchi. Saving room for dessert is a serious consideration however with endless dessert options guests can end the meal on a sinfully sweet note with classic favorites from the unlimited dessert station including macarons, truffles and marshmallows, brownies, freshly made cakes and a weekly revolving live action station creating Chef’s choice of playful treats such as fried Oreos or Bananas Foster.
