This past Saturday, The ONE Group’s STK Miami and the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas hosted together an exclusive celebration during the South Beach Food & Wine Festival, giving chefs and industry insiders a first look at the restaurant, opening soon in the 1 Hotel & Homes in South Beach.
The private, invitation-only event showcased signature STK dishes prepared by Chef Aaron Taylor, with support from Chef de Cuisine, Eli Jackson. Partygoers drank cocktails and sampled classic menu favorites from STK such as tuna tartar and braised short rib, while enjoying music by Miami’s own DJ Irie throughout the night. The Cosmopolitan, home to STK Las Vegas, brought their distinctive brand of hospitality with curious surprises for VIP guests.
At the entrance to the striking space, guests encountered the “Wish Tree,” an installation by artist and activist Yoko Ono that is also currently on display at The Cosmopolitan. Flash tattoos and cocktails such as Grapes of Wrath and One Night in Bangkok by the resort’s Chef Mixologist Mariena Mercer further added to the celebratory spirit.

STK originated in the heart of New York City’s Meatpacking District and is the brand’s flagship location among the eight around the world currently.
