One of Fort Lauderdale’s most elegant oceanfront restaurants, 3030 Ocean, will offer a special Thanksgiving Day menu on Thursday, November 26th. Priced at $50 per person (excluding beverages, tax and gratuity), the prix-fixe three-course meal will begin with roasted pumpkin soup with toasted seeds and crème fraiche, followed by Executive Chef Adrienne Grenier’s roasted turkey breast, complete with mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, and cranberry chutney. For dessert, Grenier will serve pumpkin and dark chocolate bread pudding topped with pecans, dried cherries, and a scoop of spiced ice cream. Diners can also enjoy wine pairings with their Thanksgiving dinner for an additional $20 per person, featuring a Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé, Pinot Noir and a late harvest Mád Cuvée. Lincoln Road’s sizzling hot steakhouse, will offer several à la carte dinner specials on Thanksgiving, Thursday,November 26. Acclaimed chef Sean Brasel’s sophisticated menu will feature holiday-inspired favorites including a Bell and Evans fresh turkey leg roulade stuffed with sour dough, house smoked pork belly, and Peruvian corn with a side of fermented pomegranate, cranberry and ginger chutney, sweet corn hush puppies, and braised local greens ($32); a wood-grilled Bell and Evans fresh citrus and vanilla marinated sous vide turkey breast with cauliflower puree, roasted cauliflower, and candied bacon & tomato marmalade ($35); and a Mixed Grill of 3, which will allow diners to sample the turkey leg and sous vide breast, along with an American Bison short rib crusted with walnut praline demi and bone marrow flan ($42). Executive Chef John Iatrellis of Miami Beach’s seafood hotspot, Lure Fishbar, will be serving a delectable Thanksgiving tasting menu for $45 per person (excluding gratuity). The dinner begins with a butternut squash bisque served with toasted pumpkin seeds and crème, followed by a roasted pear and shallot salad topped with endive, bleu cheese, and toasted walnut vinaigrette. For the entrée, guests can enjoy roasted Carolina turkey with all of the fixings served family-style including maple roasted yams, whipped potatoes, wheat berry stuffing, and Italian sausage stuffing. The Dutch will offer a home style Thanksgiving prix-fixe dinner on Thursday, November 26th, with a specialty menu created by Chef de Cuisine Adonay Tafur and Executive Pastry Chef Josh Gripper. Priced at $55 per person (excluding beverages, tax and gratuity), the meal will feature cider brined turkey, whipped Yukon potatoes, butternut squash with Brussel sprouts and rutabaga, traditional turkey leg stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy. Diners can enjoy seasonal flavors of Quattro’s holiday-inspired dishes which will be offered a la carte. Antipasti starters range from crema de zucca – a richly flavored pumpkin soup with mascarpone mouse and onion chutney to insalata di arucola – baby arugula and kale salad with crisp prosciutto, grapes, candied walnuts, and Blue Del Moncenisio dressing; while to main course choices on deck include tacchino ripieno alla piemontese – braised turkey breast stuffed with focaccia, Italian sausage and pistachio, and served with sage mashed potatoes and homemade gravy; risotto con zucca – traditional risotto with pumpkin, walnuts and gorgonzola cheese; and fiorentine d’ agnello – t-bone of lamb with mint demi-glace, Brussels sprouts and truffle potato fries. The iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach is offering a range of cuisine on Thanksgiving this year at their signature restaurant’s STRIPSTEAK, Scarpetta, Michael Mina 74, and Vida.
Ideal for those who prefer to dine earlier, STRIPSTEAK – the hotel’s newest restaurant – is offering a Thanksgiving brunch from12-4 p.m. for $65 per person as well as a prix fixe dinner for $75 per person. Guests are set to savor roasted baby beets with dried cranberries, hazelnuts, and goat cheese, topped with walnut vinaigrette, followed by roasted turkey breast with Applewood smoked bacon, turkey leg confit, and chorizo cornbread stuffing; and for dessert, pumpkin pie topped with cinnamon whipped cream and spiced caramel sauce.
Scarpetta, the hotel’s acclaimed Italian eatery will offer a four-course prix fixe dinner for $75 per person from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guests will enjoy butternut squash soup with toasted focaccia and roasted mushrooms followed by the Piatti course: roast turkey porchetta with cranberry mostarda and Brussels sprouts. Dessert will feature pumpkin tiramisu, crafted with spiced pumpkin mascarpone and served beside Marsala soaked lady fingers, Mocha Espuma, and cinnamon gelato.
Michael Mina 74 will offer a special Thanksgiving dinner from 6 PM to 11 PM. The autumnal offerings begin with a heartyturkey breast roulade with confit leg, sage stuffing, Brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce, and turkey gravy; and end with a mouthwatering pumpkin cheesecake topped with spiced Jamaican anglaise and orange compote.
