Ingredients
1.5 ounces Barceló Platinum
0.75 lime juice
0.25 pineapple
0.5 simple syrup
0.25 passion fruit purée
Pinch salt
Thin pineapple wheel

Method:
Rocks glass
Line glass with half-moon pine slice add ice
Shake and strain over and ice
Garnish: Thin pineapple wheel
