Ramp up your taste buds for the continuation of JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa’s local monthly beer dinner, Crafted by Corsair on Thursday, August 4th, 2022. Celebrate summer and get taken on an unforgettable culinary adventure while sipping on select brews from Tarpon River Brewing.
Guests will be greeted with a Honey Love cocktail followed by featured pours complemented by a four-course meal with flavoral combinations meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Gordon Maybury and Chef de Cuisine Derrick Connor in the private dining room.
The feast begins with Fritto Misto, featuring Battered Calamari, Shrimp, Artichoke, Pepperoncini, Old Bay Remoulade and topped with Fried Herbs; paired perfectly with Deflated, a New England Hazy IPA. The second course will include Roasted Duck Pizzetta made with Peaches, Sundried Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Boursin, Pickled Red Onions and Frisée Salad; with Hop Stach, an American West Coast Style IPA. Enjoy the third course of Coffee & Pink Pepper Spiced Pork Tenderloin served with Corn Puree, Polenta Cake and Romesco and Gremolata sauce; paired with Morning Express Coffee, a Stout. End the night and indulge with Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée with Toasted Pineapple and Coconut Sorbet; paired with Tiki Bay Cooler, a Fruit Beer.
