The coveted gastronomic treasure from Alba, Italy, the white truffle, is well known for its unique aroma, taste and aphrodisiac qualities. People have travelled from near and far just to savor a taste of these hard-to-find delicacies.  Italian twin chefs Nicola and Fabrizio Carro, known for their menu of northern Italian classics incorporating the finest authentic ingredients at Quattro Gastronomia Italiana with locations in South Beach and Mexico City, has introduced an exclusive Truffle Menu in celebration of Italy’s Truffle Season. “Our white truffles are of the finest quality since we source them directly from Langa,” says chef Nicola Carro.  In addition to Quattro’s regular a la carte menu, diners can enjoy specialty truffle selections until December 2013 (or until they run out), featuring:
