Quattro Gastronomia Italiana, the Lincoln Road gem known for its warm hospitality and authentic regional Italian cuisine, has introduced a new $25 two-course prix-fixe lunch. Available Monday through Friday from noon – 6PM, diners can savor Quattro’s award-winning northern Italian fare in the stunning inside dining room or al fresco, while people watching on Lincoln Road.
Guests can indulge in ample-sized lunch portions of simple, yet elegant dishes that make for the perfect mid-day meal. Begin with a choice of antipasti: Caprese – Buffalo Mozzarella with multi-color tomatoes, basil, oregano and balsamic reduction; Prosciutto e Melone – Parma prosciutto and cantaloupe or Pasta E Fagioli Con Maltagliati– fresh Borlotti bean soup with green pasta. As a main course diners can select between Cotoletta Di Pollo – thin breaded chicken breast with arugula and cherry tomatoes salad; Penne Alla Norma – penne with eggplant, tomato sauce and mozzarella or Orata Alla Griglia Con Salsa Verde – grilled orata filet with sautéed broccolini and salsa verde. For the perfect pairing, glasses of Prosecco Jeio, Pinot Grigio Gran Ducato and Chianti Le Torri are also available at just $7 per glass. Full a la carte menu is also available.
