Quattro Gastronomia Italiana, Lincoln Road’s upscale Northern Italian eatery is offering several dinner specials this Valentine’s Day, including Crudo Di Tonno with ahi tuna, micro veggies, Osetra caviar and lemon oil crostino ($25); Uova Asparagi Con Tartufo Nero with seared white asparagus, soft poached egg and shaved black truffle ($25); Tagliolini All’ Astice with Maine lobster, hand-made tagliolini and salsa rosa ($45); Costata Di Manzo Alla Griglia with 32 oz. Tomahawk and steak fries ($79); and Nutellino with warm nutella cake, cream anglaise and panna cotta gelato ($12).
