Lightkeepers, the casually elegant restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, invites guests to celebrate Mom with an indulgent Mother’s Day Brunch. On Sunday, May 8 from 12:30PM to 3PM, guests can indulge in a variety of chef-attended stations including bottomless beverages for $155++ per person. The feast will offer an array of favorites including a Breakfast Station with omelets, buttermilk pancakes, eggs benedict, bacon and chicken sausage; a Chilled Seafood & Raw Bar; plus Savory and Carving Stations offering carved meats, fresh fish selections including Lobster Stuffed Tenderloin or Beef, Citrus Braised Pork Loin with Andouille Sausage, Banana Leaf Wrapped Snapper, Roasted Lamb Rack and Mango Tea Fried Chicken, amongst others. In addition, guests can enjoy a Salad Bar, a variety of assorted domestic and international charcuterie and cheese with accouterments, lavosh and crackers; and a decadent Dessert Bar. The price includes a choice of bottomless bubbly, Bloody Mary’s and select cocktails. The ideal destination for families, Lightkeepers will also offer a Children’s Buffet with chicken tenders, skirt steak, macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli, fries and assorted candies and cookies, for $49++ per child (12 and under).
