PINCHO, the beloved South Florida born and bred fast casual concept known for consistently raising the bar with their twist on classic offerings, is launching a must-have Crispy Chicken Sandwich, dubbed the ‘El Crispy.’ In true Miami fashion, the El Crispy was late to the chicken sandwich war, but it has always been a goal of CEO and Co-Founder Otto Othman and Director of Culinary Adrian Sanchez to introduce a chicken sandwich to PINCHO’s already stellar menu of burgers, kebabs, bowls and plates. Starting Monday, October 5th, the El Crispy will be available at eight locations in Miami and Broward.
Aside from what will be the most undeniably delicious chicken sandwich to hit the Miami scene this year, the El Crispy, on a locally baked brioche bun, will feature a 100% certified antibiotic-free chicken breast coated in PINCHO’s secret recipe of seasoned flour breading. The sandwich will be topped with pickles and the signature PINCHO sauce and will be priced at $5.99. Guests can upgrade to the El Crispy Deluxe which includes cheese, lettuce and tomato for $6.99.

Centered around an eclectic menu of burgers and kebabs, PINCHO has gone from an in-the-know locals’ secret to a well-known Miami concept, gracing many national foodie “must try” lists. Now with ten South Florida locations – more in the works and franchising in place – this unique concept is preparing for major expansion. Serving elevated street food in vibrant, casual spaces – perfect for a lunch away from the office or a late-night bite with family or friends – PINCHO is both something uniquely Miami and, like the city of its birth, very international. www.pincho.com/
