Peruvian Ceviche

Peruvian Ceviche Recipe

  • 1 ½ pounds fresh fish filets (mahi mahi, grouper, swai, tuna, or shrimp)
  • 1 cup passion fruit juice
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 scallions, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup Canchita (if available. You can purchase these online. Like Corn nuts but much better!)

Cut the fish filets into 1-inch cubes. Place in a glass bowl. Mix the juices together. Add the red onions, scallions, and cilantro to the fish. Pour over the passion and lime juices. Salt lightly. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Top with Canchita.
