Wild Sea Oyster Bar And Grille, located at the illustrious Riverside Hotel on Las Olas Boulevard, is offering a four-course Valentine’s Day prix-fixe menu with a multitude of dishes for guests to choose from.
For $90 per person, choose from hot appetizers such as Oysters – oyster beignet, smoked creamed spinach and chive vinaigrette; Pork Belly – confit pork belly, fried quail egg, house-made apple kimchee and crispy rice noodles; Wild Sea Lobster Bisque – lobster meat, seasoned oyster crackers, saffron oil and sherry crème fraiche; or Blackened Jumbo Prawn – smoked Gouda grits and charred shishito peppers. Cold appetizers include a choice of Buratta – radicchio, mango, lemon vinaigrette, basil oil and micro basil or Steak Tartare – hand-cut filet, soft boiled egg, pickled watermelon rind and asparagus. Entrees for the evening feature Ricotta Gnocchi – house-made ricotta gnocchi, acorn squash puree, sage brown butter, charred corn, truffle and tarragon foam; Lamb – herb-crusted lamb loin, charred brocco-flower, celery root puree, pomegranate seeds and black garlic; or Lobster – grilled Maine lobster, creamy white corn polenta, popped corn, cognac and lobster reduction and truffle.
Specialty desserts include a choice of Two Hearts Become One – milk chocolate mousse, cherry ganache, white chocolate pearls and bourbon cream cheese and Apple of My Eye – apple cinnamon cake roll, house made marzipan, toasted almond bubble sugar and lychee coulis.
Diners also have the option of selecting an additional beverage package ($15) that includes a choice of two cocktails, beer or wine by the glass (excluding super premium).
Lunch is served daily 11AM – 3PM; and the full dinner menu is served from 5PM – 10PM, Sunday – Thursday and 5PM – 11PM on Friday and Saturday.
