In addition to the OTC brunch, Chef Jacob Anaya will service a special House-Made Salmon Gravlax Benedict (warm dill buttermilk biscuits, 63 degree egg, baby arugula salad, caper hollandaise) and Chocolate Ricotta Pancakes (candied walnuts, fresh blueberries, vanilla mascarpone). OTC will continue to serve unlimited mimosas for $20 and two special Mother’s Day cocktails, Sparling Pomegranate Rose Cooler and Ruby Red Ginger Mimosa
