3030 Ocean, inside the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa is inviting lovers to an elegant Valentine’s Day Rose Champagne Dinner, along with regular a la carte menu options available.
The five-course dinner will be expertly paired with a different luxurious rose champagne for each course.
Priced at $140 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the dinner begins at 8PM with Oysters Two Ways – chilled with strawberry champagne mignonette and warm smoked tasso ham butter, paired with Ruinart Rose; followed by Burrata Ravioli with local heirloom tomatoes and fresh herbs, paired with Veuve Clicquot Vintage Rose; Roasted Red Snapper accompanied by farro, green olives, watercress and blood orange, paired with Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Rose and Brioche Crusted Beef Tenderloin with creamed spinach, roasted sunchoke and mushroom jus, paired with Dom Perignon Rose. Dessert is Vanilla Pot de Crème with tropical fruits, a warm beignet, guava sorbet and milk chocolate truffles, paired with Moet & Chandon Imperial Nectar Rose. Reservations are required in advance.
