Miami will soon welcome the highly anticipated Novikov Restaurant and Bar, a sophisticated and wholly unique, world-renowned Chinese-Japanese concept. Situated on a lively corner of Downtown Miami, Novikov features spectacular views of Biscayne Bay. This culinary endeavor marks the first U.S. location for the award-winning restaurant group, which is named after its maverick chef-owner, Arkadiy Novikov, arguably the most successful restaurateur in Moscow. The Miami outpost will emulate the original, critically-acclaimed London restaurant by showcasing Asian cuisine in a glamorous and high-energy setting, slated to open this winter. Novikov is located at 300 South Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, FL.
A regular stop in London for celebrities such as Rihanna, Leonardo DiCaprio and Prince Harry, Novikov Miami’s stunning décor, interactive dining experience and distinctive open kitchen will make it a must-see destination. Novikov is known for its colorful seafood and vegetable market display, whereby guests are encouraged to handpick the best and freshest items from a globally-sourced, daily selection of seasonal ingredients.
The Asian menu encompasses robata grill and wok dishes, along with an extensive dim sum and sushi selection. The cuisine at Novikov is designed to impress with lavish touches like Slow Poached Quail Egg Gunkan with Truffle and Novikov Peking Duck with Royal Caviar. Other signature dishes include Black Cod Rolls and A5 Wagyu Sirloin with Chili Daikon.
Novikov Restaurant and Bar is the first Miami project for internationally renowned hospitality designer Adam D. Tihany, who worked as a design consultant to Peacock + Lewis in the development of the project. Novikov’s entrance is bright and inviting with comfortable bar seating and a curated art collection. The wave-like ribs of the ceiling design emanate from the center, seemingly undulating with the excitement of the kitchen. Textured wood walls envelop the space, while structural columns reimagined as graceful tree trunks disappear into the curving ceiling fins. A sushi bar and private chef’s table comprise the more intimate dining spaces. Guests can enjoy the beautiful Miami weather while dining al fresco on the outside terrace, overlooking Biscayne Bay.
