Spend New Year’s Eve at South Florida’s new traditional French brasserie, East End Brasserie. Chef Steve Zobel (of NYC’s Triomphe fame) prepares a delicious four-course prix fixe with specialties including Mushroom and Goat Cheese Strudel with port wine reduction and micro greens, Sole wrapped with Crabmeat Stuffing, asparagus, spinach and lemon buerre blac or Filet Mignon with creamed spinach, lobster béarnaise sauce and truffled mashed potato and a selection of Pastry Chef Ashley Roehrig’s decadent desserts. Add wine pairings for an extra $25/person.
