The celebration will feature an exclusive silver and black theme, so guests should come dressed to impress in silver and black attire. Guests can experience items from celebrated Executive Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli including Tartar of Yellowfin Tuna Egg Yolk-Soy, Yuzu, Cilantro, Crispy Sushi Rice; Brown Butter Roasted Sea Scallops Puree of Charred Carrots, Crispy Artichoke, Port Wine, Garden Herbs, Coffee Salt; and Flourless Dark Chocolate Cake Banana Foster Puree, Salted Caramel Ice Cream, Vanilla Bean Oil for dessert. The celebration’s entertainment will include live tunes from The Douglas Hirsch Band from 9pm-1am.
