At 8:30PM on Friday, December 31, Toro Toro will be offering a 5-course tasting menu priced at $375+ per person, accompanied by festive decor, live entertainment and a bottle of champagne for two. The New Year’s Eve feast, curated by Executive Chef Jean Delgado, begins with an amuse bouche of Tartlet Salmon Mousse with truffle and caviar. The first two courses feature Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio with stracciatella, basil, cantaloupe, honeydew and pistachio vinaigrette for the first course, followed by Chilled Lobster Tail & Tuna served with parsnip, pomegranate and beets. For the main courses, guests will enjoy Heritage Chicken with smoked caramelized onion, Dashi broth, black garlic gremolata, turnips and truffle natural jus; and Australian Wagyu Short Rib complemented by ‘mole de la casa,’ lentils, baby carrots and Morel mushrooms.
