Dōma boasts simply prepared dining that is fresh, using the highest quality ingredients in their dishes. Served Monday-Thursday 6-11 and Friday & Saturday 6-11:30PM, guests can indulge in delicious fare while taking in the exquisite interior including a wine cellar capable of holding 700 bottles of wine.

Influenced by the fresh seafood from his home country of Naples, Chef Luca Lomonaco sources local and seasonal ingredients from Florida and neighboring states. Guests will be able to savor every ingredient and enjoy dishes made from scratch including freshly baked bread and pasta made in house. With choices ranging from shareable small bites to larger plates, dōma is tailored to satisfy any gourmand.

Featured offerings include the Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with celery, green apple and lemon, the perfect starter to share with your table, the Tagliolini pasta that is cooked to perfection and includes melt in your mouth burrata, fresh red shrimp and lemon and the Grilled Swordfish Caponata complete with a medley of vegetables including eggplant, zucchini, peppers, olives and pine nuts. The perfect addition to any plate, the sides offered at dōma are the roasted potatoes, potato puree, vegetable caponata, sautéed spinach, cannellini beans puree and peppers with black olives and capers.
