Michael Mina 74 will offer a three-course prix fixe menu at $75 per person from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The autumnal offerings begin with a Pumpkin Risotto appetizer featuring Carnaroli risotto superfino, aged Parmesan cheese, pumpkin seed and white truffle whip.

For the entrée, diners will be served a traditional Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey featuring a chestnut and mortadella stuffed turkey leg, sweet potato gratin, cranberry relish and honey cardamom jus. To finish off the meal, guests can savor a Pumpkin Panna Cotta with espresso cake, cranberry sauce and cinnamon ice cream.

For a more casual yet equally delicious celebration, try Vida, the hotel’s American brasserie, prix-fixe dinner available from 5-10 p.m. for $45 per person.
