db Bistro Moderne is Chef Daniel Boulud’s modern French-American Bistro where traditional French Cuisine meets the flavors of the American market. In honor of Miami Spice, db will be featuring rotating lunch and dinner specials throughout the month of August. Lunch items include Chef’s Market inspired Soupe du Jour, mussels and swordfish skewers, seafood paella and more. Dinner items include seared foie gras, flounder, scallop carpaccio and a tropical fruit sundae for dessert.
