Together The Sarsparilla Club offers a dynamic dining and lounge space for guests to experience Miami Spice. The dinner and brunch menu gives guests the true Sarsaparilla Club experience for just $39. Some items on the menu include the one item from the Dim Sum cart including the Drunken Deviled Eggs or Pork Belly Bacon Steamed Buns; one large plate item including the famous Sarsaparilla Fried Chicken and for your sweet tooth, guests can pick one dish from the Dim Sum dessert cart. For Sunday brunch, guests can choose one item from the Dim Sum cart, one item from the largest plates including the Crispy Duck Leg French Toast and one item from the dessert Dim Sum cart.
