For the first time ever, Myles Chefetz’s Prime Italian will be participating in Miami Spice, giving guests the opportunity to sample the deliciously over-the-top menu for just $39. This is a chance to enjoy the restaurant’s famous Kobe Meatball and Fried Oreos; or try the Chicken Parmesan or Braised Short Rib with White Truffle Risotto. The Miami Spice menu is a tour of both Prim Fish and Prim Italian’s quintessential dishes in three courses. Each menu item comes with a suggested wine pairing for an additional cost.
