Meat Market Announces Second Wine Dinner With Étude Winery

July 20, 2011 Four-Course Wine Dinner with Estate and Limited Production Wines

After a sold-out premiere wine dinner on June 28th, Meat Market, Miami Beach’s sizzling hot steakhouse is pleased to announce the second event in the summer series. Organized by savvy and sexy sommelier Sarah Almand and acclaimed chef/co-owner Sean Brasel, the second wine dinner will take place on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. Teaming up with Étude Winery of Carneros in Napa Valley, Almand will pair Brasel’s modern American cuisine with some of Étude’s estate wines and limited production Heirloom bottlings, as well as unreleased barrel-aged small batch brandy. The four-course dinner menu and correlating wines, priced at $95 per person, excluding tax and gratuity follows:
