Specials include an appetizer of Truffled Oysters Rockefeller, followed by a Prime 32 oz. Porter House (for two) topped with Tristan smoked lobster tail etouffee.
For dessert, Strawberries and Honey with honey cake, whipped vanilla creme fraiche, macerated strawberry, strawberry sorbet and fresh herbs. Guests can accompany their meal with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rose ($65). Menu available at both locations.
