Kicks off with Ferrari Carano Vineyards – Tuesday June 28, 2011

After great success last summer, Meat Market, Miami Beach’s sizzling hot steakhouse is bringing back their monthly Wine Dinner series. Organized by recently-appointed sommelier Sarah Almand and acclaimed chef/co-owner Sean Brasel, the series kicks off on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. For the dinner, the first of many, Almand pairs Brasel’s bold, contemporary American cuisine with some of Ferrari Carano’s single-vineyard, reserve-tier and never before released wines (previously available only at the winery). The four-course dinner menu and correlating wines, priced at $95 per person, excluding tax and gratuity follows:

COFFEE RED WINE DEMI SAUCE AND BONE MARROW MASH

2007 Trésor, Proprietary Blend, Alexander Valley (Cabernet, Petite Verdot, Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Franc)
