Following the success of Meat Market’s Chef’s Table launch last month, guests can get another taste of Executive Chef/Co-Owner Sean Brasel’s creative fare with a new lineup of dishes only made for this upcoming dinner. The second in the series, Meat Market’s Chef‘s Table will return Thursday, August 25 at 8PM, with additional monthly dinners to follow.
Styled after the Japanese omakase style of dining, which translates to “I’ll leave it to you,” the meal features an artistic culinary performance by Chef Brasel and his team. Chef Sean Brasel is well regarded in the Miami culinary scene with another Meat Market location in West Palm Beach and more on the way. Guests will feast on a multi-course selection of inventive dishes – highlighting the freshest local ingredients – guaranteed to satisfy the palate. No two dinners will be alike as the menu rotates every month based on available ingredients and Brasel’s latest culinary inspirations.
Priced at $85 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) for a multi-course walk through of Chef Sean Brasel’s talent, the dinner will take place at the restaurant’s flagship location on Lincoln Road. Guests can complete their meal with an optional wine pairing for an additional $35 per person. The dinners are limited to only the 16 seats adjacent to the kitchen where dinners can watch the action through the windows as their meals are prepared. Between courses, Brasel will interact with guests, explain and discuss the inspiration behind each dish.
Seating is limited; reservations are required in advance via credit card and can be made by calling (305) 532-0088.
