Miami Beach’s acclaimed seafood hot spot, Lure Fishbar, is welcoming summer with the launch of Happy Hour and a limited-time pre-fixe menu. Now through July 2016, diners can enjoy a menu crafted by Executive Chef John Iatrellis of delicacies from both land and sea.
Accessibly priced at $55 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the three-course dinner begins with a choice of Salmon Tartare with avocado ponzu and aji amarillo; a Lure House Roll with shrimp tempura and spicy tuna; a Field Green Salad tossed with baby gems, tomatoes, shaved cucumbers, watermelon radish and carrot ginger dressing; or Tempura Shrimp with spicy sesame mayo.
Savory entrees include Lure’s award-winning Bash Style Burger; Plancha Seared Snapper served with fingerling potatoes, caramelized fennel, baby carrots and champagne nage; Miso Glazed Salmon with sugar snap peas, shiitake mushrooms and sesame seeds; Herb Roasted Organic Chicken served with basil mashed potatoes, baby carrots, and asparagus with chicken jus.
The perfect ending to the meal, diners will have a choice of one of the Lure’s popular desserts made in-house – Key Lime Pie with roasted white chocolate; Peanut Butter Candy Bar; or a selection of Fresh Fruit Sorbets.
Imbibers can enjoy a rotating selection of refreshing cocktails throughout summer for $8 each as well as lite bites during the newly launched Happy Hour available Monday through Wednesday from 6 to 8PM. Lure also boasts robust wine and sake lists as well as local craft beers available by the bottle or on draft. Bar snacks, specially priced from $3-$10, include salmon, tuna or Hamachi Nigiri; a miso glazed Vegetable Roll; the always popular Mini Lobster Roll; and Asian Chicken Lollipops.
