This work of art is an intricate urban landscape by Logan Hicks,an artist that has been working in the area since before the burgeoning of the art scene. Hicks’ murals are meant to capture urban existence at particular times throughout the day. This particular mural is meant to showcase a rarely-peaceful New York City in the early hours of the morning.
