LION AND THE RAMBLER TO HOST “FOUR-HANDS DINNER” WITH THE WOLF OF TACO’S CHEF EDUARDO LARA
Lion & The Rambler officially opened its doors in June 2022. The arrival of the modern American restaurant is the culmination of a lifelong dream of Chef/Owner Michael Bolen, who designed Lion and The Rambler to be a bastion for technique-driven, detail-oriented cuisine infused with whimsy and served in a cool, laidback space.
Doubling down on his passion for culinary dedication, Bolen will be launching and hosting a special Four-Hands Dinner with none other than local legend, The Wolf of Tacos’ talented Chef Eduardo Lara on Wednesday, July 27. The dynamic duo will be working together in the kitchen to craft delicious and innovative dishes. Priced at $85 per person, this one-of-a-kind experience encompasses six courses plus some surprises. Reservations are open with seatings between 6PM – 8:30PM. The restaurant will not be open for a la carte service the night of the dinner. “Part of the vision for the restaurant was to create a place to collaborate with talented local chefs and artisans,” remarks Bolen, a culinary wiz who handmakes every ingredient that comes out of his kitchen, including vinegars, soy sauce and salt. “I love hosting other chefs and creating an environment where creativity can thrive and different approaches, techniques and tastes can make magic. Selfishly I can participate in that but then we can share that magic with our guests, which is amazing.” Bolen hopes this first Four-Hands Dinner will lead to a series throughout the remainder of 2022.
