To celebrate their 20th Anniversary, Larios on the Beach introduces a three-course prix fixe menu, throughout the month of November, priced at $19.92 to commemorate the year it opened its doors.

MIAMI BEACH, FLA. – The year 1992 not only brought us the birth of the World Wide Web, Nirvana and films such as Batman Returns but it also brought us the opening of Ocean Drive’s first and only authentic Cuban restaurant, Larios on the Beach, a Bongos Cuban Café Restaurant. This year the restaurant is celebrating 20 years of tradition, a remarkable achievement for any business.

When International Superstar Gloria Estefan and her Grammy-Award Winning husband, producer Emilio Estefan opened the restaurant in 1992, they saw it as

an opportunity to bring the flavors of their native Cuba to Miami Beach. Guests feel transported back to the glory days of 1950s Cuba with the tropical décor of the restaurant. There are few places on earth that evoke the tastes and sounds of old Havana and Larios on the Beach is one of them. Over the years, Larios on the Beach has established itself as the go to place for the best, authentic Cuban food Miami Beach has to offer, world-famous mojitos and live music. Since its early days, the restaurant has been a celebrity hot spot hosting the biggest names in entertainment including Tom Cruise, Beyonce, Jay-Z, Luis Miguel, Kathy Griffin, Madonna and Halle Berry. A prime location for tourists and locals alike, guests won’t find a better place to watch the rhythm of Miami Beach unfold and savor the best of Cuban cuisine.

In honor of this milestone, Larios on the Beach wants to thank their loyal customers by offering a limited edition $19.92 prix fixe menu to commemorate the year the restaurant was established. Guests will enjoy a selection of traditional Cuban dishes

as well as modern adaptations on classic favorites. The menu includes: tostones rellenos, lechon asado, arroz con leche and a complimentary mojito to toast to our 20th year. The menu is available for dinner Sunday-Thursday throughout the month of November. Larios on the Beach is located at 820 Ocean Drive. The restaurant is open Sunday-Thursday 11:30 a.m. – 11 p.m. For reservations please call 305-532-9577, visit www.LariosOnTheBeach.com or www.opentable.com.

About Estefan Hospitality

Estefan Hospitality encompasses restaurants, nightclubs and hotels. The world-famous Larios on the Beach, on Miami’s Ocean Drive, led the way for the successful chain of Bongos Cuban Café restaurants in Orlando, Downtown Miami, and Hollywood Florida.

The Estefan’s have redefined and set the bar for Latin entertainment and cuisine with Bongos Cuban Café, the flagship 550-seat restaurant in the heart of Downtown Disney.

After the enormous success in Orlando, the Estefan’s inaugurated their American Airlines Arena/Downtown Miami location showcasing the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay in April of 2000. Characterized by its giant pineapple shape, which encompasses the restaurant, the Havana-style architecture and Cuban cuisine blends seamlessly with South Beach’s

multi-cultural flavor. A restaurant by day and dance club by night, this 16,000-square-foot venue includes two floors with both indoor and outdoor dining areas plus two bars. In addition, the Estefans own and operate both the Cardozo Hotel on Miami’s South Beach

and the crown jewel of Florida’s Treasure Coast…Vero Beach’s Costa d’ Este Resort & Spa.
