The authentic Italian Miami Beach spot invites guests to experience an evening of pizza-making and handcrafted cocktails

Located in Sunset Harbour’s burgeoning food scene, La Moderna encourages guests to put on their chef hats and learn how to make the perfect pie from master pizza maker Gennaro Luciano on Sunday, Oct. 30th. Luciano perfected the art of pizza-making in his birthplace of Naples, Italy. Eager to share his skills with guests, Luciano will unveil the secrets to creating a true authentic Italian pizza in an evening of interactive fun. Away from the oven and at the bar, hand-crafted cocktails created by La Moderna’s talented bartenders will be served to compliment the hands-on experience. Participants will leave with a greater knowledge of pizza recipes, methodology and tips on how to make your own pie at home.
