Executive Chef Julius Brown masters the eclectic culinary experience to be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10th.

Savor a choice of baked goods, fresh fruits, a made-to-order omelet station, breakfast meats, maple glazed kielbasa, and poached eggs benedict served on an English muffin with Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce. Get creative at the fresh salad bar with topping choices including domestic and imported cheeses, Scottish smoked salmon, roasted forest mushroom, Florida tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, roasted beets and more.

A chilled raw bar includes an assortment of sushi rolls, jumbo shrimp cocktail, blue point oysters and snow crab clusters. Hearty entrée options include Smoked Prime Rib, served with horseradish mousseline, chimmi churry and spicy mustard; Leg of Lamb, stuffed with rock shrimp and chorizo; Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon, paired with shitake mushrooms, cippolini and onions; and a vegetarian medley of honey glazed carrots, sautéed Brussels sprouts and wild rice pilaf.

Decadent dessert choices include an Old Fashioned Strawberry Shortcake topped with fresh strawberries and Chantilly cream; Molten Chocolate Lava Cakewith cherry jubilee; or Crème Brulle served with savory Bing cherry sauce.
